ANSWER

The Department of Health has established the National Consistent Payments Framework to provide funding for AGPT registrars (not on the independent pathway) to incentivise work in rural and remote areas. Payments are available to registrars working in MMM2-7 locations.

You will need to set up your banking details in the relevant section in HPOS (Health Professional Online Services). A guide is accessible here.
