We are pleased to advise you of the upcoming annual general meeting of the members of GPRA.

At the meeting:

Members will have the opportunity to hear about GPRA’s operations and finances and speak about any items on the agenda.

At the meeting, members will be asked to:

  • accept the minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting
  • receive the 2024/25 Annual Report including the auditor’s report
  • receive the Annual Financial Statements
  • ratify the appointment of Chair
  • ratify the TWO elected directors
  • ratify the appointment of Appointed Director
  • ratify the proposed changes to the GPRA Constitution:
    change 20(a),(b) and (f): Chair and President terms to align with AGM date

How you can attend

By videoconference

You may participate in the 2025 AGM by videoconference at the date and time specified in the Notice of Meeting.

Notification of your intent to participate by videoconference should be advised to the Company Secretary by email at enquiries@gpra.org.au no later than 12:30 noon (AEDT) on Friday 14 November 2025. A Zoom Meeting link will be provided prior to the Annual General Meeting.

By Proxy

If you would like to appoint a proxy to attend the meeting on your behalf or to nominate the Chair of the Meeting, this can be done by completing and signing a Proxy Form and sending it to the Company Secretary by:
