Notice of GPRA Annual General Meeting (AGM)

We are pleased to advise you of the upcoming annual general meeting of the members of GPRA.

At the meeting:

Members will have the opportunity to hear about GPRA’s operations and finances and speak about any items on the agenda.

At the meeting, members will be asked to:

  • accept the minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting
  • receive the annual report including the auditor’s report
  • receive the annual financial statements
  • ratify the TWO elected directors
  • vote on proposed changes to GPRA Constitution to clarify eligibility of member within 5 years of attaining fellowship and term of eligibility for President term extended to 4 years.

How you can attend

By videoconference

You may participate in the 2023 AGM by videoconference at the date and time specified in the Notice of Meeting.

Notification of your intent to participate by videoconference should be advised to the Company Secretary by email at enquiries@gpra.org.au no later than 12:00 noon (AEDT) on Friday 17 November 2023. A Zoom Meeting link will be provided prior to the Annual General Meeting.

By Proxy

If you would like to appoint a proxy to attend the meeting on your behalf or to nominate the Chair of the Meeting, this can be done by completing and signing a Proxy Form and sending it to the Company Secretary by:
