We are pleased to advise you of the upcoming annual general meeting of the members of GPRA.

At the meeting:

Members will have the opportunity to hear about GPRA’s operations and finances and speak about any items on the agenda.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

  • accept the minutes of the 2020 Annual General Meeting
  • receive the annual report
  • receive the auditor’s report
  • receive the annual financial statements
  • ratify the TWO elected directors
  • vote on changes to director superannuation payments.

How you can attend


Due to the current impacts of the coronavirus pandemic on physical meetings, there will be no in-person attendance for the 2021 AGM.

By videoconference

You may participate in the 2021 AGM by videoconference at the date and time specified in the Notice of Meeting.

Notification of your intent to participate by videoconference should be advised to the Company Secretary by email at no later than 12:00 noon (AEDT)  on Friday 19 November 2021. A Zoom Meeting link will be provided prior to the Annual General Meeting.

By Proxy

If you would like to appoint a proxy to attend the meeting on your behalf or to nominate the Chair of the Meeting, this can be done by completing and signing a Proxy Form and sending it to the Company Secretary by:
