ANSWER
Yes – GP registrars and RGs are eligible when:
- you have a valid Medicare Provider Number
- you are working in and linked to a MyMedicare-eligible practice participating in BBPIP
- you bulk bill all eligible services for Medicare-eligible patients.
What is GPRA’s position?
If you are the treating doctor providing the service, you should receive an appropriate share of the Bulk Billing practice incentive payment.
