What we’re looking for
We are currently looking for GP’s to join our established Skin clinic under Skin2 and our up-and-coming Women’s Health Clinic, under Evoka in our Rudloc Rd, Medical & Dental Centre in Morley, WA.
We don’t require a 5 day per week commitment if this isn’t achievable for you, however we would require a minimum of 2 days per week. The reason is twofold – firstly, we don’t want to put extra pressure on our current doctors by requiring them to do additional follow ups when they are already so busy with their own patients, and secondly (as business experts) – we’re trained to improve business for you. It’s been proven that the more hours/ more stability GPs provide, the easier it is to help support your patient numbers and build positive relationships with nursing and admin – this is all especially important when we’re focusing on sub-specialties such as skin and women’s health.
Billing Potential/ Patient Numbers
In terms of billing potential, we can provide you with the most recent data showing our centers average billings per hour, our average patients per hour and our average fee per hour. This is a transparent way for you to gage a realistic view of your potential with us. You don’t need to trust our word on it – you can make an informed decision based on transparent data provided to you.
In terms of education support, we have our Doctors Hub where you can obtain some free CPD points. We also have Dr Jonny Levi who is head of Skin2 and Dr Sneha Wadhwani, head of Evoka providing additional supports and webinars too.
If you need help setting up your books in a more productive manner, or you need a special piece of equipment, or you need dedicated nursing support for women’s health, skin or CDM patients – we will look after you wherever we can. As a given, we provide quality nursing, admin and operational support onsite. We also offer IT and Marketing support with our teams who are dedicated to their areas of expertise. In addition, we have a team member dedicated to VISA’s if needed and provider numbers as well as coordinating your onboarding and first day support.
We have our Regional Medical Director, Dr Carmichael Patu available for clinical support alongside the wider team of local doctors. Within Skin2 you will be connected to Dr Levi and for Women’s Health, you will be connected to Dr Sneha Wadhwani.
In terms of a contract, we can tailor some things to suit you, however as a standard – we offer an above market percentage for the area with flexible planned absence and no exclusivity. We have a contracts team who have created a document which can put all stakeholders’ minds at ease.
If the above sounds interesting, the next step is to give me a call or an email. Next, we will organise a tour of the centre with our Practice Manager and our Operations Leader. If you then decide that the team, location and facilities suit you, I will set up a call with our clinical lead and then we can discuss terms of business and a start date.
