Our nurse-led model means you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that works collaboratively to optimise patient care and support healthy GP billings. You’ll learn how different healthcare professionals contribute their expertise while maintaining the continuity of care our patients value.

The role offers flexibility from part time to full time, allowing you to balance your registrar training with your life outside medicine. We keep our service fees at 30%, ensuring you’re fairly rewarded for the quality care you provide while we handle the administrative support that allows you to focus on your patients.

Health on Henley is bringing back the family doctor experience in Brooklyn Park. We’re a general practice built on the belief that healthcare should be about relationships, not transactions – and everything we do reflects this commitment.

Our approach is simple: we take the time to truly know our patients. While many practices schedule 6-minute appointments, we start every new patient relationship with a 30-minute initial consultation with 15 minute follow-ups. This isn’t a luxury – it’s essential to understanding a patients complete health picture and establishing the foundation for ongoing, comprehensive care.

Our healthcare team combines the expertise of GPs, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses who work collaboratively to deliver the full spectrum of services. From preventative care and routine health checks to chronic disease management, mental health support, sexual and reproductive health, vaccinations, iron infusions, and specialised services like microsuction ear cleaning – we partner with patients through every stage of health.

What sets us apart is continuity. Your healthcare team knows your name, remembers your history, and understands your health goals.
