The In-practice teaching resource clearly explains the in-practice teaching standards that apply to registrars, and suggests methods to assist both registrars and supervisors maximise their in-practice teaching effectiveness. It includes information on learning styles, and various methods to ensure that you take ownership of you in-practice teaching experience.

The resource was written by registrars (the GPRA In-Practice Teaching Subcommittee) in consultation with general practice supervisors and medical educators.
