The expanding and modern family practice in Brisbane’s beautiful bayside region offers excellent training from a team of experienced trainers including principal and Royal Australian College of GPs examiner Dr Reynard Ng and Dr Katrina Thackeray, who has an extensive background in rural and remote medicine with advanced emergency and anaesthetic skills.
With Pandanus’s all ages care ethos, registrars will help patients including the children, young families and adults from ages 40 and above who make up the region’s major client base.
In addition to helping diagnose conditions and provide health outcomes, you’ll have the opportunity to further develop skills in palliative care, diabetes, aged care, pediatric medicine, women’s health, skin cancer surgery and cosmetic medicine.
Registrars will benefit from working alongside Pandanus’s dedicated allied health team of psychologists; a dietitian; a diabetes educator and RNs. Pandanus also offers a supportive and respectful learning environment which includes regular teams meetings to ensure ongoing shared knowledge and best practice among all team members, with a welcome lunch or dinner for all new members.
