More about GPRMEN

GPRMEN (formerly known as the Registrar Medical Educator subcommittee) was formed in 2009 by registrars with a passion to teach but who found limited support and opportunity to do so within the Australian General Practice Training program.

With record numbers of new registrars, GPRA has identified an increase in demand and growing need for RMEs. GPRMEN looks at addressing this demand via peer and direct support of RMEs. GPRMEN is also advocating for a defined career pathway for registrars seeking a career in medical education.
