General Practice Registrars Australia (GPRA) presents its 2026 Exam Preparation Series, designed to support GP/RG registrars with expert guidance, practical strategies, and confidence-building preparation.

Meet your presenters

Dr Esther Lam

Dr Esther Lam graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2019 and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). She has a wide range of interests including chronic disease care, skin cancer medicine and paediatrics. She has completed a Certificate of Women’s Health with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) and is qualified in Pregnancy Shared Care. She has also been engaged in medical education at the University of Adelaide as an honorary associate clinical lecturer since 2021.

Dr David Lam

Dr David Lam, host of the “GP Lyf Hacks” podcast, is a Rural Generalist Anaesthetist who has worked in Murray Bridge, Port Lincoln and Streaky Bay in South Australia and Cairns in Far North Queensland. He is the Director of the South Australian Regional Training Hub at Flinders University and former RACGP National GP of the Year.
