Victorian GP Registrars Workshop 2025

This workshop is open to all general practice registrars in Victoria.
Participants may be eligible for a Federal Government subsidy administered by Rural Workforce Agency Victoria (RWAV) to support costs associated with this event (workshop fees, accommodation, and travel).
Connect with peers and experienced doctors as you dive into clinical skills, case review, consultation structure, and more. You’ll gain a deep understanding of the foundations of general practice and learn how to better serve your patients.

Cost
You may be eligible for funding from Rural Workforce Agency Victoria (RWAV) through the Health Workforce Scholarship Program (HWSP) grant to support your attendance at this workshop (registration, travel and accommodation).
No upfront payment is required if you are eligible for funding.
Financial support to assist with costs
Funding may be available to general practice registrars who work in private primary care Victoria and meet one of the following criteria:
- provide at least 8 hours of face to face clinical care per week in private practice in MMM 3-7 locations, OR
- provide at least 8 hours of face to face clinical care per week in an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation or Aboriginal Medical Service in MMM 1-7 locations.

- At the end of the registration you will be prompted to apply for the RWAV HWSP grant.
